Turnaround Time Policy
Turnaround Time is the time it takes to manufacture your order from the time you APPROVED the PDF files. The following list shows how the clock starts ticking:
Approve the PDF PROOF we email you before 10 am Pacific Standard time on any business days and the order turnaround time will be counted same day. NO EXCEPTIONS! Any orders with the PDF file proof confirmation email received after 10 am Pacific Standard Time will be processed the following BUSINESS DAY! Turnaround Time is calculated in BUSINESS DAYS ONLY (Monday to Friday) AND EXCLUDES HOLIDAYS AND WEEKENDS. WEEKEND DAYS and HOLIDAY PDF FILE APPROVAL SUBMISSIONS START THE ORDER THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY!
ONCE YOU APPROVE THE PDF FILE, YOU ACCEPT FULL RESPONSIBILITY IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG WITH YOUR ORDER. Please read our Terms and Conditions for clarification. Different Products will have different turnaround time available. Please refer to the following table. Our Turnaround timetable DOES NOT INCLUDE UPS SHIPPING TIME!!

Please note that if we are unable to process your order after the PDF file is approved because there is a problem with your CD or DVD content masters, your job status will be "On Hold" and your turnaround time will be reset until we receive your corrected masters.
Turnaround time for accepted job is not guaranteed. Cancellation of an order based on turnaround time is only allowed if the original order clearly states that the job is time sensitive and that if it cannot be shipped by the contracted date, the customer does not want 4P Inc. to process the order.
4P Inc. assumes no responsibility for delays caused by delivery carriers such as UPS or any damages resulting from the failure to receive a job on time. Our expected UPS delivery date is not guaranteed. Your order may arrive late due to unforeseen delays in delivery service, bad weather, the breakdown of equipment, illness, etc.
Will Call/Pickup from 4P Inc.
Will Call orders will be kept at 4P Inc. facility for 30 days from the delivery of the notification email. Orders left at 4P Inc. facility for more than 30 days will be considered abandoned and will be thrown away.
